Shipping
We do our best to make shipping smooth and straightforward. Here's everything you need to know:
When will my order ship?
All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are handled the next available business day.
How long does delivery take?
Most beds arrive within 2–5 business days once shipped.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We partner with reliable carriers such as UPS and FedEx to ensure timely delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate of $15 per bed for delivery anywhere within the United States.
Where do orders ship from?
We ship directly from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently only ship within the United States.
Will I receive tracking info?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor its progress.
Can I ship to a P.O. box or APO/FPO address?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military (APO/FPO) addresses at this time.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update the address. Once a package is in transit, changes are no longer possible.
What if my package says delivered, but I haven’t received it?
If your tracking shows a delivery but you can’t locate your package, please reach out. While we aren’t responsible for orders marked as delivered, we’ll do our best to help.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, here’s how our return and exchange process works:
How long do I have to return an item?
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. All returns are issued back onto the original payment form and buying party will be responsible for shipping it back to the warehouse.
What are the return requirements?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received in and in its original packaging, with all tags attached
How do I start a return?
Please email us at info@whiskerhaus.com to request a return. Do not send anything back without approval—we won't be able to accept it without knowing more information.
If your return is approved you will be emailed return instructions.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If something’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out to us at info@whiskerhaus.com right away so we can make it right.
Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like something different, please initiate a return for store credit and place a new order.
